VacExtender/KrExtender Base Cushion

Introducing new cushion for VacExtender (KR version, Jes version is coming later). The new cushion is made out of soft foam/silicone materials that conforms to your pubic area.If you had a problem with comfort, this cushion will make it a night and day in terms of comfort.

There are 2 different material for you to choose from,

1) Foam - we actually found this to be more comfortable as foam is more pliable. The cushion conformed well to shape of the pubic area while providing cushion where its needed most. The negative is that it can't be warmed up and shelf life is 1 year vs 2 year for silicone.

2) Silicone - while soft, its is less pliable than foam version. Still its very comfortable and you can heat up the cushion in winter to do short heat therapy (to warm up the ligaments). Just put it in the microwave for 30 seconds or in hot water to warm up the silicone.

Here's a extender with and without the cushion. As you can see, the cushion will increase the overall size of the contact area, further off loading the pressure on sensitive pubic skin.

While the opening size looks smaller, because of the shape and conformativity, if base opening is actually increase (area that is in contact with pubic area). The cushion adds bit of height (1/4"), thus base opening is moved up toward the shaft where size of the opening is not as important. Additionally, the tighter fitting is actually desired for better stretching - the cushion allows for better fitting while providing softer contact area.

Anti-Fluid Cone

The newly redesigned Anti-Fluid Cone is designed to reduce or eliminate fluid buildup. After couple of months of testing, we found the following results:

1) unlike the tape (which control only the tip/urethra), it will tamper down entire head up to scar line.
2) the tip of the penis was darker after each session. This shows me that it really is controlling the tip and putting force to control swelling. color goes away.
3) sometimes there will be crease mark from skin/sleeve/fold... all goes away in few minutes.
4) longest I've tested was 4 hours with 14oz weight (using xleeve) and when I was done, the head was actually smaller than my normal size - it was compressed entire time which is a good thing.
5) the cone will make the head smaller, so cylinder will seem larger than before.

Since this is new, we are releasing this as an experiemental product until enough experience is built up and final product/formulation tweaked. Thanks for helping out.
