Descreet packaging: We do not include any printed material on the package. The only thing it will contain is the product. All user manual and product info is on our website. The return address on the package will list our company name: LEAM Inc. The box we use are USPS priority or global priority mail box. For countries that do not have global priority mail service, it will be packaged in plain brown box.
For international customs declation, we list the product as 8" silicone aluminum rod (autoADS), plastic cylinder package (VacExtender and Vacu-hanger products) or Plastic clamp package (AutoEXT and modified head). No other information is provided on the customs form. The category for customs form is "others" and its listed for commercial transaction.
Note about tracking info: Once order has been processed, you will receive a USPS tracking number from Paypal. The USPS tracking info is not very accurate and does not provide UPS like tracking. In most cases, it doesn't update the shipment until its delivered.
For International Customers -please wait at least 10 days before inquiring about the shipment. There will be some delays due to the US or Foreign Customs service. The custom declaration form will describe the package as "Custom Rod/Clamp" and will not mention the intended usage.
Return or defective product replacement: You will need to contact us before sending your product back. We will need a name used to order, address, and the date order was placed. We will need these info to track your history. Once information has been gathered, we will issue you a RMA #. This number will need to be displayed on the return box or your refund or replacement will be delayed.
