VacADS Details, The VacADS setup is same as the VacExtender. The only difference is the that it doesn't come with the base or extender attachment. In case you want the extender, you could alway order the parts later. The application is same as VacExtender (minus extender portion) - you could use it down the leg (with leg attachment), manual excerciser, light hanger (less than 5lb) or around the neck/shoulder/waist with included Universal Harness.
